As I said above, what on earth is a "fixed parking notice"? Does it mean that the piece of paper doesn't move around much? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Maybe they weld them to the car!
It is the words Fixed penalty, Fine and Offence which concerned me. Not that they mean anything if used by them.0 -
Thanks esmerobbo. It does look as though it is this companyS/W -1, *-1.5, +1:o, -1/2, *-2, -2.5,0

Hi. We received one of these f.p.n for parking in the "Consultant's" area of the hospital. Given what everyone else has said regarding these ticket's do I need to pay this one. It was on the windscreen in a yellow & lack little bag and is on paper no bigger than A5 printed on one side of the paper only. Payment to be sent via cheque or postal order to F.P.N of Liverpool 9.
Does anyone know if this is a legal document or not? Thanks for Your help Guys. Stephanie0 -

If you read the above, you will see that this is not a legal document and can safely be ignored. You don't owe them a penny. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Ignore it and any subsequent letters. The little yellow and black border bag and the terminology on the notice is just to try and intimidate you in to paying.
Its as about legal as the tax disc on Santa's sleigh.;)0 -

But Mr Patrick Troy of the BPA said that the yellow and black border is not imitating a council or police parking ticket. It's just there to make it "more noticeable". Of course it's just pure coincidence that the colour scheme is the same as the official ones. Does the man actually believe the nonsense he's spouting? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Their site http://www.ukparkingmanagement.co.uk/ticketing.php has got a poor reputation on Web Of Trust, internet site safety ratings: Trustworthiness, vendor reliability, privacy and child safety all "Very Poor" which basically means navigate away in case you catch a dose of malware. Well one of their tickets is an old fashioned form of spam. (not the delicious nutritious canned ham and pork beloved of army chefs, for it's versatility)0
