seeking free firewall and virus

Can someone advise of the correct links to download AVG for virus and Sygate for firewall please?

Hi

Trouble is the poor girl is getting lots of block notifications

Open Sygate, goto Tools, Options and tick box "Hide notifaction message" and they'll stop.
