Recently signed up for skys three, the tv broadband and phoneline, How sorry am I that I ever did. The broadband has only worked for 3 days the phoneline just a few days more. Ive spent a small fortune on ringing customer service, on my mobile mostly, I finally had enough and cancelled the whole lot as I'm in my first month of the contract, at first I was told that I couldnt cancel which is a load of rubbish, they gave me the runaround but I was determined to get rid of these clowns. I finally got through to someone who knew her job and was extremely helpful and professional and cancelled the whole lot for me there and then no hassles. I will never have these in my house again no way
