I will join you, maybe for all of them. I aim to get the bathroom and some of my extras done today, anything else will be a bonus.

My list for this week

Anything in bold from Pigpen's list
Sort pile of paperwork in LR
Take stuff to charity shop
Put stuff away that needs vacuum packing
Sort instruments etc to be stored at OHs school
Look for storage boxes for OHs records
Sort stuff from bed and floor in RoD and try and find permanent homes for them

Monday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One
Clean floors in these rooms
Clean baths, toilets and sinks
Level Two
Pull out PC desk and declutter/vacuum behind it..is it pretty and clean yet?
Descale shower head!
Dust wipe and vacuum keyboard! polish screens!
Level Three
Wipe down tiles and mirrors
Clean shower screen/curtain.bath mats etc if required

Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
Level One
mop/vacuum floor
Clear and wipe work surfaces
Level Two
Wipe units and large appliances
Give one small appliance a good clean!
Wipe out the fridge and get rid of anything gross and slide the stuff that needs using now into your meal plan
Level Three
dust and deweb!
wash windows and any other glass.
Clean through the cupboard full of crockery.. throw out any chipped plates/mugs etc
Extras

1. Clean the oven and hob
2. Wipe down all the paintwork
3. Clean blinds and light fittings
4. Dust and deweb.

Wednesday - living area, hall and stairs
Level one
Vacuum these areas
Level Two
Wipe/vacuum sofas
Wash windows
Dust.. inc electrical appliances
Level Three
Binbag dance
Extras

1. Spend half an hour doing something for yourself
2. Wipe down all the paintwork in these areas

Thursday ~ master bedroom and landing
Level One
Declutter floors
Strip bedding, wash sheets and remake the bed.. BEFORE BEDTIME!! Air the duvet!
Level Two
Vacuum floors.. vacuum and turn the mattress if you are able.
Tidy away floordrobe/chairdrobe and top of chest of drawersdrobe!
Sort through one cupboard of clothing
Level Three
Sort out the gibble under the bed!
wash any curtains/nets that need it
Sort through one box of junk!
Extras

1. Do a small job you have been putting off forever
2. [STRIKE]check all the smoke alarms are working as they should![/STRIKE]
3. update your christmas list.. and make sure you have done the email for the flylady list if you wish to participate!

Friday ~ brats room.. if you have no brats do another room!
Level One

Straighten a cupboard of clothing
Wipe the paintwork
Level Three
Tidy a box of 'stuff'
binbag dance!.. See how many toys you can fling before the large guy in red arrives.

2. Fill a binbag for charity shop!
3. Wipe over ALL the upstairs doors!! (don't moan, I have 7!!)

Update: Under sink cupbaord is empty again this morning:j I'll leave it another day just in case then I'll put all the pans etc back. Fingers crossed that the mice have found another home!

Empty and clean bin
Sweep + mop kitchen floor.
Maintain the shopping list.
Tidy main bedroom and make bed.
Tidy and S+S bathroom.
S&S living room
Hoover downstairs i.e. living room, hallway, bathroom, dining room and study.
S&S study, wipe over PC desk and try to keep free from clutter.

Hidden places left to sort and de clutter
Office
2 x double fitted wardrobes, Desk unit with 2 drawers,Notice board, Bookshelves

Dining room
Under stairs cupboard – will be a WIP

Kitchen
Pan cupboard under sink – everyday at the moment!!,

Master bedroom - plan to do this today
2 bedside cabinets, 3 double wardrobes, 1 single shelved wardrobe,
1 x 3 drawer chest, 1 x 5 drawer chest

Spare bedroom
1 desk with 3 drawers, 2 double wardrobes, 2 x 3 drawer bedside cabinets,
1 x 3 drawer cabinet, 1 ottoman, Large walk in wardrobe – will be a WIP

Right I'm in for a HHC at 09:00 anyone else?

morning all! Hugs and spoons to all who need.

Yesterday was 22 years since my dad died, and at 10 o'clock we got phone call from my brother in law saying he had been called back to the hospital where his dad was. At 11.45 we got another phonecall to say my father in law had died.

It seems it was quite a peaceful death, despite his cancer (lung, terminal) he hadn't been in any pain although he was becoming breathless. I think his poor body was just worn out.

So now we have to sort the funeral and work out how to get as many of us there in person (DD1 will not be able to go so her care has to be added in to the equation.) B_I_L thinks the week after next so I have to make sure he avoids DD2's birthday! (Tactfully of course!)

Aww so sorry CyclingYorkie, at least he went peacefully, how upsetting for you all though.

Did your DD1 manage ok at Harry Potter, I know this was a big event for her? x

Huge hugs for you and yours Cycling Yorkie. We lost my FIL this time last year and it is very difficult, especially for the children.

Mudbath - glad you feel better now, and full points to an efficient doctor.
Mollina - Natty posted at the weekend about the Flylady card list, a lot of the older posters/lurkers know each other on Facebook and have exchanged cards for a few years now. We can't exchange details on MSE as it is against the site rules.
AnW - sounds like a good night out. Did you feel like a giddy teenager again?
LilMe - you made me laugh with the shovel. I am hoping we stay clear here, can't see the zoom, zoom car coping very well at all, especially as we live on a hill.
Serena - thinking of you. I took your advice and got some onions and garlic to over winter. First time I have tried, just need to actually get them in the ground now - a DS job once everything stops being frozen.

There was more but my heads a shed - fretting about these tests today. I have 15 minutes before I need to go so I am going to bimble. Hoovering I think, and try to get the DW done.
