    Morning

Serena~ hugs hope all sorts itself out.

Pigpen~ lovely photo, if you are putting babe on train to Auntie toots, make sure you get babe money saving tickets, so Aunite toots can send her back when she has had enough :rotfl::rotfl:

toots~ you need to get someone to check the concrete has set correctly for the paving slabs, as frost gets in expands in the concrete and cracks it, it should have been covered overnight while it was setting knowning how cold you say it is. If it has cracked then you need to get them back and get it re done as it could become a trip hazard.

I don't think £550 for pigpen in one shop for a month is too bad, when you consider it has party stuff / presents included in it, plus it is for 10 of them for a month, works out at something like £1.80 approx. each per day, if this also included for the cats food and washing powder etc bargin! plus points for either the next lot of shopping or double up or days out

    Anyway bathroom done.

    Back later.

shysarah.. thank you.. I've opened the tab and will look in a bit when back from clinic with mimi. at first glance it looks good.. :D

Kaz.. I restocked on basics like tins, jars, cereal, pasta etc.. There are a couple of bottles of wine (£5.. half price!) and whisky (£26) for my stepdad. I think I need to work out how much of it was presents, party and food.. it may make it all a little less expensive.

    Good morning!
Well, I finally managed to get in touch with DD1 last night, only to find that DS1 had phoned her late the previous evening and had given her a right rocketing. Only discovered it when I asked him if he wanted to speak to his sister, and he said he'd been speaking to her last night. Wouldn't have known otherwise, but good on him! Everything's fine she just "hadn't thought" and been a bit busy. I knew she was ok, as she's on FB, so I wasn't actually worried about her as such, just fed up. Anyway. One long talk later and she's promised to keep in touch. I feel a lot better now. We're quite a close family-not living in each others pockets or anything, but close, so it had been bothering me. Thanks to the flyladies here for their words of support.
On another positive note, baked my first loaf of successful, edible gluten free bread in the breadmaker! I've gone gluten free over the past couple of weeks and noticed a huge difference in my psoriasis. (Light treatment postponed until Friday because of the Flu) so I'm really really chuffed!
Off to declutter a court application. Still trying to get reimbursed for being stuck in Italy during the ash cloud thing. Now taking Rya*air to small claims court. Blah.
    Enough rambling... onwards and upwards.
I'll join you in that HHC Mollina Girl (rushes to catch up)

    Morning all
Good morning all - lovely blue sky and sunshine here - but bitterly cold and frosty. I'm glad its not my turn for the school run today.

Same here but it is always my turn on the school run! I love mornings like this though and as we walk to school not a problem.

I've tided round. Just need to gather together oodles of stuff to take with me to town and then off I go.

Sarah - often when people criticize it is because they have that failing in their own personality and are directing it on to somebody else. Try if you can to reflect it back at them (although they will usually get extremely cross or defensive about this). Take care

Toots can you have a huge back of salt by your door to chuck over the path if it gets slippy? Glad you are moving in the right direction toward mobility

Flying today will be bathroom and shower cleaning plus sorting out accounts.
