This post is also on the student board, but thought it may get more of a response here.
I've just moved into my new pad for this year, and the only real option I have for internet is with a company called Digital Village who own the lines in the flats. They are a student only company and only operate on uni campuses.
Has anyone ever used these? I signed up with them when I moved in but cancelled straight away as I wasn't happy. But now I have realised I can't afford getting a BT line installed, and this is the cheaper option.
Just wondering if anyone else has had dealings with them and what they thought.
Also I tried getting Xbox live running but couldn't. They do advertise you can do online gaming, just wondering if anyone got online gaming working. And what speeds you managed to connect on!
Cheers!
