Electric powered radiators - what are the best ?

We might have to move to a house without central heating for a few months as a temporary measure. If so, then we will need heating and those hot air heaters are rubbish.
Looking at radiators, possibly the oil filled type, then whilst I know they can be expensive to run, that is not the primary consideration. I just want to know what the best options are.
