Something like Kinetic for the Wii?

Hi guys,

Simple question really, I am really GRRRing at the Xbox's new Kinetic thing as we only bought a Wii last year and this looks fab!

Does anyone know if Wii are going to bring anything similar out? It looks so much fun

no, in a simple answer:o

Kinnect is essentially the xbox's version of the Wii with the motion sensitivity etc the same way Sony have the Playstation Move.
I know how you feel tho. I also bought a Wii and now this has come out. I do have an Xbox but the Kinnect is outa my price range ATM.

NOOOOOOOO dont say that!!!

The PS3 Move just looks cack, and there is no way we will get it. The no controllers thing is such a step forward surely they have to think about it? And being Nintendo will be much cheaper than Kinnect.

Dave - shall we head off to Nintendo and beg or play some Super Mario instead ha ha x

Haha, I do love a good old game of Mario. I must admit, I am seriously considering the investing in Kinnect. I am sure I could sell my Wii with all the bits'n'bobs for a resonalbe price (albeit a loss) and get myself Kinnect and a game or two for it. Hhhmmm, something to think about.

my friends daughter is raving about her Kinnect
i dont know if its my thing or not
may have to swing by and have a play at some point but i will wait till after xmas to buy either way.

TBH i would expect ninty just to wait for the next console if they were to implement a kinnect system

Our son played on the kinnect yesterday and have to say it's amazing and this is now on the top of his Xmas list, along with an xbox! We have only just bought the wii too and really annoyed! Was so much fun

Maybe see the reviews on the games you like the look of and see if you are happy sacrificing the Wii. I will never give mine up, cheap games and playing with other people is so much more fun than with PS3.

I will laugh if you sell you Wii and they bring out an equivalent straight after - mwah ha ha ha ha.

:mad: I would be distraught to say the least. I dont think my OH would allow the Wii to go though. She loves Wii Fit and the whole Wii Sports stuff. Might have to just wait and pray it comes down in price or I get some vouchers for Christmas. Haha. Heres to hoping:beer:
