Just been trying to explain to some of the mentors what Pantomime is :rotfl::rotfl:
If you can spare 7 minutes - have a stroll down memory lane, Gerrard Kelly, Rikki Fulton, Stanley Baxter, Paul Savage (O'Grady), Jimmy Logan et al.
I watched and howled with laughter - then, well just howled. I miss that old life and I miss my old friends. Not forgotten, not a chance.
Also for those non-scots theres a lovely segment in the middle teaching you to "parliamo gleska" - LOL

Thanks MG. (((((hug)))). That brought back some lovely memories for me. I used to be in a pantomime every year when I was a dancer, loved it and I completely understand you missing your friends. It is good to have fond memories of those that have been in our lives, especially at this time of year. You are lucky that you can still watch and listen to them. I now know who Gerrard Kelly is. I always like his stuff but never knew his name.
I adore Paul OGrady, much prefer him as himself but he made a great dame. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
