Just finished touching up some paintwork -easier to do before DS2 gets up in the moring. So thats one of my BIG things for today.

Dinner is easy tonight - HM pizza. DS1 wants his favourite of hummus and pitta for lunch - so the BM is on with a batch a dough. Breakfast - well I am loving my chopped apple with HM yogurt and granola combo. DS1 of course is on his beloved raisin bread :D

Spends for yesterday - eggs 0.89, mozzarella chesse 0.49, cucumber 0.39, so £1.77.

Off to update the UGC signature.

And the glowy yellow thing is in the sky - so first load of washing is heading out to the line now.

Don't think I will ever be that clever, her cakes are fab!!

    It's just practice ;)

This is my daughters Christening cake that me and my mum made

and this was my son's last birthday cake (ETA actually that's not his last birthday cake.....it was the one before doh!)

My mum has the most experience as she made cakes for pleasure (stuff like the sugar paste flowers etc) and we have a laugh making them but it takes a looooooong time. Our tradition is to make the Christmas cake together and we pick a design each year - have a great giggle doing it though (and not a glass of alcohol in sight ;))

Cheri - Well done to Mr C :T:T:T
