Morning all!!! I am back from jollying round the globe ... not entirely sure what time my body thinks it is (India is 4.5hrs+). Really disappointed I missed the 'Monty Don' fest last night. I got to the end of Mastermind, cold beer in hand and then ... Jools Holland was on TV (hurrah for iPlayer ;))

    All washing done
Big yellow thing in the sky
Green festival to go and visit
Banking and finances to sort out (prioritise my frog methinks ;) )
Bed to find (it is bad but my sofa is very comfy and there was too much stuff on the bed to move)

    Happy Saturday y'all

" Good Morning, Good Morning, greet the world all bright and new, good morning, good morning to YOU!'

Sorry I just sang that to Coco and now I cant get it out of my head. Morning All. Well there is no big yellow glow thing here but it looks promising for later. Quite warm. So for my to do list today I am planning some fun. No frogs for me but there is one for Mr C and I am organising him to eat that one (taking the car to have the winter tyres changed back to summer tyres - all paid for out of holiday fund last year)
    So my fun list today
    • bake twinks hobnobs
    • long walk at the big beach
    • might have a go at making notice board
    • try to catch the library van at the village hall to join
    • MUST sort out the letter writing project from a few pages back. Will get onto that this weekend.

Sure other things will emerge as the day goes on. In the meantime can I share my latest motivational song with you all?

Guess what! Today I have absolutely no idea what I am going to do - it is a day of rest, relaxation and changing habits. Let the day unfold and we shall see (this is what I find hard though, having a plan come naturally).

No frogs for me today either - except that I am going to work out what the frogs are and rank then in order of ugliness.

    Have fun people.

Thanks for the frog theory FW... inspired by that and the progress various people here have been making, I am going to deal with the state of the house. I can't work when it gets untidy, and its a reflection of my state of mind recently that I've let it get like this.

So rather than do my usual thing of starting downstairs, getting it respectable and then running out of energy, I'm going to start upstairs. The plan is to get it tidy and give it a hoover - once it is tidy, then a slow deep clean can start (the problem with books is they take up a lot of room and gather a lot of dust!)

The grass also needs mowing before it gets totally out of control, so I'll do that when the sun is out and it has dried out a bit.

So... I'm off to tackle the spare room (smallest room... still littered with the remains of the unpacking from my last trip...)

    afternoon

Im not saying good cause I feel rough, I now have the bug and have been up since 4 being ill :(, can't even sit up without being ill, but I'm only being sick, so I don't think I have got it as bad as ds2 and dh had it.

So if I don't check in for the rest of the day you know where I am

Dh and 2 ds's have gone to asda to get glucose drink for me, see if I can keep that down.

Ah Claire, take care and stay in bed. Sleep will be good.
