Since your reply was from an email - they would assumed that we altered the email (see what I mean):o am not surprise they rejected your email. You guys need the original copy of letter that are sent to you from TESCO HQ. Email replies are useless and they don't take it as a confirmation from HQ.
Also its worth making some friends with Customer Services girls;) if I have all your 4 coupons I can use it without a problem (with the till - yes but with the customer service its a doodle).
Thanks for your advice Dr.Who-Who. I went shopping again yesterday with a great result! I went to one of my favourite young male SA's and managed to use £22 worth of coupons but unfortunately he would not take the Waitrose one again because it wouldn't scan, telling me to take it to Customer Services. So along I went and after a lot of phone calls to cash office and around other members of the staff they agreed to give me a 'money card' with £10 credit on. They said that was the only way they could refund my money. So I was very happy with that and left the store having spent £98 and in effect using £32 worth of coupons.:T
I will let you know when and if I receive an email back from head office about the other coupon I tried to use!0 -

Errrmmm - I would say you could have mine but I only ever remember receiving one...not one a month. Let me just check my emails and I will PM you if I find a code.
EDIT - Not received a points/code email since September so I have just contacted them...Addicted to MSE0 -
Interesting article, once again Tescos putting the squeeze on its suppliers who will be forced to play ball or be replaced. Would be interesting to know what the usage of coupons has been like in the last 24 months, whether this can be seen as a reaction against increased customer usage.0 -

Went in to poundland shop - "2011 calendar" 3-4-2. Times are hard, none of the suppliers seem to send any calendar out to their customers anymore! This is the 1st time I have to buy a calendar for my company!

Morning Mad and everyone else.
Snow still thick on the ground. Bit sick of it now.
Take care when you go out.

Morning all....I'm staying put today and prob the rest of the week....hoping to get to daughters on Christmas Day as it's only a couple of miles away but doubt I'll make Surrey on Boxing Day....son's "in laws to be" are flying in from New York on Wednesday for Xmas ( wonder if they'll make it?????) and we were hoping to drive down to meet them and our future daughter in law for the first time..he lives in a very remote place down a steepish unmade lane that is deep in snow at the moment, so think it's looking very unlikely, although our car would get down that,I don't want to spend any time stuck on a motorway in this weather...0
