Morning all

I had the coupon survey from New Vista too and told them in the feedback that it was much longer than expected for the reward. I don't usually find that a problem with them, but wish I got more surveys. Its always seems to grind to a halt when I am within touching distance of a cheque.

dear Nikolas McBride,

thank you for your reply, you have lifted a ban that was NEVER DOCUMENTED, allegedly for keeping within the company policy, have you any idea how embarrassing it was to be told loudly in front of an extremely busy store full of shoppers that we were "banned for life" and escorted off the premises? plus I have spent the last 18months travelling a 30+ mile round trip to shop, if you refer back to my first letter to you you will see the reason why it has been so tiring and inconvenient. my opinion of your previous manager(matthew????????) is he used his position to bully and intimidate the public. to quote "he banned so many people he couldn't remember" not very professional.

just had 3 boxes delivered by some courier or other(all from eukanuba) and he wanted to know why they were in 3 different fore names, cheeky s*d, I told him 3 different people,lol, oh i meant dogs ,lol.:)

I have 6 a/cs and only managed to get 2 lots @ 670 & 1 lot @ 675 therefore shall only concentrate on 3 a/cs instead of 6. shame I cannot transfer my a/c to some of you regulars as they stored our email addy & other than that we can change name & mailing address.

Got to town at last...used £10 Waitrose no probs, never used mocs at this T's before, but SA took all I offered, saving me almost £14...we had 2 lovely Luxury Hot Chocolates, with marshmallows in M&S cafe...:beer:thanks to Blue:beer:
Used the £5 Bodyshop, got some aftershave stuff for hubby , paid £3.50 instead of £8.50:j
Treated myself to some new slippers in the sale and came home to card through letterbox, parcel to be signed for...they are re-delivering tomorrow...wonder what that is?Postie left small packet behind the bin, won some hair gel stuff...:j
Also saw Santa in Debenhams and he asked me if I wanted to sit on his knee.....made my day!!!

Just thinking back, the coupon policy was great, but what a load of hassle. I got arrested in my local store for alledged shoplifting, even though they would not say what they were getting me arrested for. Anyhow, i got followed, harrased at the till with managers watching me, closing the till after i went through to check my reciept, c/o wouldnt serve me, slandered in the gym and much more....

I of course complained, the manager dissapeared to some other poor store, two members staff went in the office and stuck up for me. To say the least I miss the coupons, but not the trouble; however, I now have great relationship with my local and have many friend in there now.....

The training was hard work......
