sent email to tesco customer services today,about one of their stores not taking my M & S cond. spend, just had a phone call telling me that tescos only accept asda and sainsbury conditional spend mocs,:mad:, so l reeled off a list of the conditional spend coupons on their list and he said he would check and get back to me, bless him, NOT. watch this space.;)

just had call back from matthew at tesco CS who now informs me they do take them,:p, and he has informed the store manager who thought they didnt take them and had told all his staff not to accept them, duh!!!! if l go to customer services with the moc l will get my £5, wot happened to my gift card l wonder, lol. when will tesco get it right, we all know better than them.

BTW don't forget you could use a £5 M & S moc or two for where they were originally intended. Every little helps:D
