Don't get me on the subject of "Dog Crap" now. Why do people pick up there dog's buisness n throw the bags in the hedge; incidently i use tesco value nappy bags for my dog's poop, they were 9p for 100......

Hiya I work on csd at tesco ,last night a member of staff told me how another store refused to take the times waitrose voucher so I hunted down the hard copy of current policy and it says yes we do take them, being a belt and braces kinda girl I rang Customer care they confirmed that it is company policy to take them and were going to ring the offending store. I told my boss and she wasn't sure even when I told her customer care said we should take them. She has worked for tesco for 20 years and I have worked for them for 15 years and we still get confused by it. In my opinion we take the vouchers and it is not at the managers whim as is company policy. I would like to see the policy available for customers to view but that would be common sense so not gonna happen. Most staff want to make use of these offers and we all end up in rows at the tills too!!!!!! Maybe it time to shop at waitrose?
