cheers - and good luck with yours. I do feel more confident knowing we have the knowledge and experience of this site behind us! Am prepared to accept it if they don't take them and then will write and complain, but wouldn't dare - at the moment - to leave all my shopping behind and walk away as havn't got the time to spare to do another shop.

It definitely helps to pick your till operator carefully and chat them up when you are putting your shopping through. I also have a laugh at myself and the number of coupons I have.
