Forgot to mention earlier that I have had a reply to my email to Sir T's office re the none acceptance of the Waitrose coupon.. They write that 'we do still accept these coupons but some stores have had problems with the Waitrose coupon not scanning so the codes have to be input manually' so as a matter of goodwill they will send a gift card. Silly burgers didn't even try to input manually or not - just told me that 'No we are defintely not accepting these coupons'. Wish they'd get their act together - it would save everybody a lot of inconvenience.0

I understand a bit more now. I guess I have been very spoilt in the past. It has been a while since I was couponing. I used to get £30.00 A WEEK regularly off my shopping without buying the product at all. That was also in the days of the Health & Beauty coupons at Tesco when we all used to come home with carrier bags full of free H&B toiletries as well. I am still using the stuff I got for free a couple of years ago. What a great party that was.0

Generally I have no probs using the printable vouchers anywhere...Asda, Sains, T, Morrisons, Superdrug, Wilkos etc...but I do only print the one's that I will use/buy.
I have saved an absolute fortune in the last 3 months by reading this thread :T Not to mention - learnt loads of handy tips that I wasn't aware of...and been pointed in the right direction of other useful forums
Speaking of which - my superdrug glitch arrived today!!! About £18s worth of stuff for £3. Woohoo! :rotfl:Addicted to MSE0 -
Just had a phone call from Terry Leah's office
I emailed them about the Waitrose spend n save last week.
Said that he was very sorry to hear that i could not use coupon and that he has notified my store manager who in return informed him that her store most definatly do take competitors coupons and if i had any further problems to contact her.He is sending out a £10 giftcard
Thanks to all on here who have kept us informed and encouraged us to fight back.0 -

Happy Christmas Eve Eve everyone!!! :j
No moc-ing updates from me today, am avoiding the shops like the plague...christmas brings out the worst in supermarket shoppers lol.0 -
Can someone explain more about the candle please.
First page here says it costs £6, whereas the pic looks like the £3 one. I'm guessing a £1 profit is possible buying it at Tescos and it is a mistake on the first page?0
