Asos £10 off and free delivery

One of my orders arrived today left on doorstep!!! unfortrunately it only contained one soap and glory shower cream and not two as ordered so I quickly e mailed Asos and they replied within minutes stating that a replacement was on the way to me already great customer service!!!! only another 8 to go:j:j all with Royal Mail I think except for one,

I wish had a contact number for Hermes and i would ring them and ask exactly what it meant.
I suspect if i use their online form i will still be waiting next week for a reply.:rotfl:

I made 5 orders,4 are shipped with royal mail & im able to track one order,this is what it is now saying

Date Time Status 24/11/2010 11:22 Order Generated 24/11/2010 10:19 Hub Trailer Via Sorter 24/11/2010 10:18 Missing Pre-Advice
So i guess i wont be getting that one?
No refund though:(

It waas for 2 x jelly belly sets.

I had e mails from paypal this morning with a "partial" refund from my 2 of my asos orders...they refunded what I paid over the tenner for each order, yet they both are showing as "shipped".
anybody any ideas?

I placed one order, thanks OP. Got my email to say its been shipped but how do I track it, as when I pressed the track button it takes me to the asos login page and I can't see anything about tracking when I log on. Can someone please point me towards the right direction...Im confoosed!

Partial refund?

But you got a full refund if you got the amount you actually paid, so that's a full refund, isn't it?
