Hi to everyone and Happy New Year!

My BR was heard and declared on 16th December (I was on holiday at the time). Due to the Christmas break and weather, the OR delayed my face to face interview (creditor petitioned) until this week. I got back yesterday and am sooooooo relieved that it is all done. He was a really nice guy, non judgmental and friendly. It took about an hour. I am allowed to keep my car and will not have an IPA. Also, it is unlikely that my tax code will change due to the little time left until the new financial year.

I can only thank those from this forum for making me less anxious about it all. Thanks
