Bankruptcy Club.
This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy during December 2010. So please feel free to join and post.
Pop your name on here, the date that you went Bankrupt and the stage that you are at now in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.
Remember this is your board so keep posting.
Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.
Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.

I will be doing it on 2nd december....getting nervous now. My court does a walk in service and thats the only day i've got off work to do it, fingers crossed I can get it done on that day

Hey try not to worry it is not as bad as it seems, this time last year I had all thoughts running through my head, I thought we had to send in our bank statements every month so they could see what you were buying worried was mu first, second and last name x good luck for the 2ndIf you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j0 -

thank you i'm still not 100% what statements etc they ask for? is it just the last year's worth? i only keep my bank statements, not any credit card statements (although i do have my loan paperwork) so i'm worried about that too! 0 -

I only supplied my bank statements, did not have any of my CC ones at all.:pB&SC No. 298

thank you i'm still not 100% what statements etc they ask for? is it just the last year's worth? i only keep my bank statements, not any credit card statements (although i do have my loan paperwork) so i'm worried about that too!
They want the last 12 months if you have got them, we had most but what we did not have we explained and they were fine, I offered to request missing paperwork from the creditors but never had to do itIf you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j0 -
