My white voile nets aren't any more - more a manky grey colour. I've tried the stuff you can get to whiten net curtains but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
Anyone got any other suggestions I could try?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Now I recall this from How Clean Is Your House and Aggie placed a these curtains in a big bucket of hot water with a cup full of biological washing powder and a small cap full of bleach. She left them for a few hours and then rinsed in clean water several times - that worked!Cat, Dogs and the Horses are our fag and beer money

I use Napisan, from the baby aisle, either soak in a bucket then wash or put in the prewash section of the machine, then a hot wash.

Many thanksStash Busting Challenge 2016 6/520 -
I inherited some very grubby nets in our last house - huge windows so I couldn't afford to replace them straight away. I soaked them overnight in biological powder then did them on a cool machine wash with a generous amount of own brand Vanish-type stain remover and them came up really well.0
