My EDF Eco 2020 savings;

yes the meter was changed when i changed to eco 2020 - its switches to rate 2 at 9pm and back to rate 1 at 7am , and stays at rate 2 all weekend from 9pm friday till 7am monday0

Using EDF London rates I got:
£161 for standard meter
£153 for Economy 7.
Both are including standing (daily) charge, VAT but before 6% DD discount.
So against your 20:20 £170, the saving is in fact £9 and £17 respectively, before 6% discount. Based on 1586 kWh used in one quarter. So £9 x 4 = £36 saving per year is correct.
I must have got the £9 and £17 the wrong way round.
So, you have been re-arranging your lives around a tariff, whenyou could have been on a standard meter, and be £36 better off.
