Heart Internet - need advice please

  • Ive been with heartinternet for many years as a reseller with lots of accounts. Technically they are pretty good apart from when their sites go down without warning. I have found other hosting companies far more reliable. My main gripe however is that they sent me a short message telling me I need to pay 5 times the cost of my usual yearly fee. A 5 FOLD INCREASE overnight just because i have "too many client accounts" - what a joke considering i signed up for an unlimited reseller account. If you are a reseller and think you'll have more than 100 accounts, then expect them to double the price for every 100 clients you get making heartinternet a total waste of time as a reseller host. Look elsewhere, save yourself a lot of grief.
  • And yes this is my very first post so shoot me - I signed up because i wanted to to vent my frustration and dissapointment with heartinternet.
