complete new heating system needed

Hi,
Buying an old house that needs heating updated.
Currently it has coal fires, coal Windhanger range for hot water and some radiators and the other rooms have storage heaters. It has electric cooker.
There is no gas in area.

Does anyone have ideas of what to install for heating/hot water and cooking.
Also ideas to replace coal fires in 3 rooms.
Need to put bathroom upstairs too so total refit needed.

Rayburn or Aga considered etc.

Thanks for any advice,
Likeadeal

A Rayburn is the answer. Will completely run full CH system and your hot water as well as give you a fantastic range cooker. Choice of fuels, LPG, OIL, solidfuel/wood etc. see https://www.rayburn-web.co.uk. and https://www.aga-rayburn.co.uk

New they are expensive, but a good investment adding value to your property. Second hand can be found reasonably easily and much cheaper.

Aga's dont run CH, just big expensive cookers basically, tho the newer ones can do some hot water, and they give some heat to the room they are in, but you would still need radiator or more heat supply in the middle of winter.

No I don't work for them, but have been a fan as long as I can remember. Just got a new oil fired Rayburn that does all you want myself.
Many options out there. There are other makes of range cookers that will do the same as a Rayburn, Esse, Stanley, etc. But Rayburn the best I reckon.
