I don't think you can buy it in store, because I had to ring tesco customer services about my lost mobile and they said it was only available online. May be worth a call to your local store though.0

whats the £30 top up with ( ie which phone company) ?
Do tesco have there own service provider or can you pick from O2, Orange etc ?0 -
