TopUp TV - card assigned to kit?

Hi All
I have topup tv and a card which I have been using in a digital recorder no probs.
I remembered that I had a CAM module and put it into my tv along with the card.
The Channel gets descrambled but had a banner 'Content Scrambled' across the middle of the screen.
I'm guessing that TopUp might link the card and kit via the 'Top Up TV can number' in the help section - anyone have any info or idea's?
