International Calls Help!
Hi Guys,
So my best friend has moved abroad for 6 months! And I'm going to miss her like crazy. I just called her from the UK she's currently in France. Now we both have UK iPhone 3GS's and we're both on O2, I am £35 a month and she's on pay as you go.
What I wanted to know is if there is any cheaper way of making phone calls to her as well as her receiving the call.
She can't hook up to the internet for some reason and although her texts were free, the data roaming now won't let her connect. So she can receive texts and make calls but can't send texts.
If she could hook up to the internet there are apps such as Fring! And Skype as well as PingChat! Which we use, but because she isn't online they're out of the question.
I checked my contract and it says O2 customers with a £35 month contract are charged 17p per min for international calls with something called ITS.
Basically are there any loop holes or anything that I'm unaware of that could save the cost of international calls?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I have this on O2 for calling family in Turkey. It works really well. £10.00 for 3000 minutes.
