I ordered both the SK sets and Peter rabbit set on 20/11 , just checked the order status and it shows ... In stock, on picking list, item no longer available !! hhmm not too sure if i'm going to recieve anything

This happened to me when I ordered the Danielle Steele set - got the rest of my order but these were said to be permantly out of stock. Yet last week they turned up along with 2 £6.99 books I had not ordered and the full amount taken from my bank the same day. The customer services I spoke to said I must have ordered them as they cant change orders and have now been waiting over a week for a returns label with my bank account being nearly £20 down.

So just keep an eye on your accounts as they can suddenly come take the money.

I've just looked at order history, mine is showing a total charge of £2 for Stephen King collection & Peter Rabbit Books, although at the time of ordering I thought I was paying the full price (well, the price shown on here).
Has anyone checked if they have taken any money out? Doubt we will get these books..

lifted it and it wasnt heavy at all
note says its collection 2, permanently out of stock, so no books
but they sent the red bag:(

i ordered collection one at a different time and was charged for that
this one the email (and quidco) said £0.00

the first one charged me (and quidco tracked)
so may still get that hopefully

hope they dont send more bags
they are rubbish

I ordered a different set on 29th October and am still waiting for delivery.

You don't get much help from CA if they bother to reply at all.

Well, I placed two orders - one for a set of Virginia Andrews books, Peter Rabbit set and a 99p book - that order says complete. I had went back and ordered the Stephen King Collection but that is showing as 'Complete, I tem no longer available' which is probably why it went through as 0.00 in the first place.

I'm just hoping the first order is still going to get here as those ones are intended as gifts. Money hasn't been taken yet though so I'm keeping an eye on it.

I ordered SK collection and Peter Rabbit set. Peter Rabbit set has just been deliveredN on the packing note it states SK permanantly oos. Still good price for what I got. Thanks op.
