i got no problem with this company so far but as far as i am concerned they DO refund/exchange if you do not receive the item/wrong item within 3 days (from my experience)

i ordered the Stephen King set 2 as well but only receive the free red bag then i re-order again this time it states that it is completed. god knows whetehr i get them or not? but if i do get them is fab price for the set

on the side note thet have just added new deal of the week . i have ordered agatha christie set + james patterson set as well finger crossed tehy will b here fair;y soon

Thank you mmmkbb. Will let you know if I receive the SK books (from 2nd order). Was very pleased with the science fiction deal of the week books I received as all hardback.

They are allowed " human error " which classes as 1 misprice 1 item not varies items mispriced they can remove the books completely from sale if they do not wish to sell them at tht price but by no means can they lie say there out of stock then carry on selling them to other customers im gonna phone them on monday they dont want to sort me my books out and i will be giving there cumpany name theyll recieve a £5000 fine for every item misspriced same for not taking them of sale once they were apparantly oos ..... i think every1 should just keep putting the pressure on them

Well i have had no problems...tried to order both sets but only the 10 book £8 collection in stock when i placed the order, and this arrived on thursday or friday and i'm very pleased with it....no problems at all

It seems its the people who ordered when there was a glitch when either 1 set was going through 00.00 or both that there "ooS" apparently....but that doesnt excude them to not send them .. im sure every1 for the price they were would of wanted them neway

I ordered the Stephen King 2 Collection on Thursday and it arrived today. Haven't been charged yet but the e-mail said £7. Thanks for this OP, great offer and very impressed that they are all hardback

Woo hoo - I got the 2nd set today after reordering it when they said they were permanently out of stock.
So pleased as my Stephen King collection was amongst the countless things we had stolen (sadly uninsured) & to replace some of them at this price was great.
