Hi,
Is there a free or non 087 or 0845 number for 02 contract customers?
Can you ring them free from your 02 mobile ?
I've looked at the Say No To 087 etc, but it said "Switchboard, all departments but NOT customer services 50p per minute".
Didn't really understand what that means !
I need to speak to them about my daughters stolen phone and the 087 number number was on hold for ages so I gave up as it was costing too much.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

FREE CALL TO C/CARE:
FROM LANDLINE
just dial 0800 005 005
FROM MOBILE
If you dial 4444 (pay and go top up number) and then press 1 for the first option then keep pressing 9# till it says something like 'you seem to be having problems with your top up if you want to speak to customer service press 1' then it'll take you through to CS free of charge.MSE IS AN ADDICTION0 -
You will probably need the relevant customer services for your daughter's contract type:
1. Online - for contracts purchased from O2 via their internet site.
2. Offline - eg. shop purchases.
3. Dealer-sold phone. Some dealers provide customer services on behalf of O2.
*I've often been refused, if I got through to the 'correct' dept*
But, after verification,O2 should be able to disconnect the service.
They will probably want to speak only with the account holder or named contact person. This might need some assistance from your daughter.
Good luck! Rob0
