you can unlock the e616v with a adapted usb cable for the phone and some software from a forum on www.spunlock.com , if your phone is later than version 17 software (you can find out by typing *#06# into the phone) then you need to downgrade the phones software before unlocking. The download is 160meg so you need broadband !! but it does contain full instructions.
not sure about the other one but you can now buy codes for both to unlock them (but not free obviuosly )Ex forum ambassador
