Hi all,
Relativly new to all this moneysaving. Im contracted untill july with singlpoint on o2. Im paying currently 27.50 a month, for 200xnet mins and 100txts.
Is there anything i can do, or get them to change to allow me to save some cash.
Im sure singlepoint are overcharging me , adding on calls and txts , but thats another story.

could switch to a lower tariff as you've been on this one for more tha 6 months, BUT you will be stuck for another 6 months though.
Check on being overcharged, someone else posted about having the same problem with singlepoint and got a refund.2p off is still 2p off!0 -

Hi there, each year I write to them and tell them I cannot afford the service and thank them for the service given! Their sales team will ring you up and offer deals. I am on Vodaphone so it may be wise for you to accept a change to them as they now own Singlepoint.
I am now on 600 free minutes off peak and weekends, £6.00 of texts etc for £8.50 rental + £1.28 for the "£6.00 texts" and £1.70 itemised billing plus VAT.
First three months are free and also got a credit which covers the rest of the annual rental.
