they'll either honour it or they won't. as stated earlier they already know their mistake so they'll have shut the gate on it already. the use of codes is only likely to affect those that use them, not the ones who won't.


think they'd be on thin ice to cancel an order on the basis of an incorrect code. if they wish to cancel the orders the proviso i stated earlier would be sufficient.

Looks like this ranges from £120 to £170 on the web. Why did a poster earlier phone up to order as an on the ball sales person will notice it but a computer taking orders will not.

There is also a chance some of these mis-priced of orders will slip through particularly on a Friday afternoon when people are thinking about the weekend. But that sales person probably went straight over and told people to cancel the orders. I bet the website is far from live updated with prices and stock, like the empirestores one, which shows items in stock days after they have sold out.

Don't they have a legal obligation to honour it? as it is advertised at £31. I suppose they could just say that it is out of stock!:rolleyes:
