  • "Bootzilla" may also be of some interest. I will confess that I have not used it in its current form but it was good back in the days it was known as BhT (Bench Tools).

Went to the cash 'n carry for a new set of fissler pans for the boss [ special offer only a hundred quid a pan ] and bought a eight pack [ that's 8x24 of 500ml Carling for xmas - what a mistake I could have bought exactly the same stuff from ASDA / wherever for half the price I paid in the C&C  :beer:

[STRIKE]So strike me from the list[/STRIKE] of money saving experts, cos even when I get the VAT back I still paid more than supermarket retail price :D

  • Were i work it's eurosoft pc check for us that is very good but as you say it's very pricey.
We have tried many different pc checks, some free and some not but always go back to eorosoft as it's the one that seems to find the faults the best out of the lot and i find that a lot of the manufacturers use eurosoft.
Acer swear by it and it's widely used be Acer/infoteam, although i got a call from Toshiba the other day saying it can give fails readings on the Toshiba's and they have there own testing software that they use especially made for the Toshiba's that they wont give me a copy of, well they was no harm in asking lol
  • thank you for all posts i will go through and check all software mentioned, thanx
