Onetel dialup problems.

Anyone else here having onetel dialup problems? Connects fine, albiet slow, then drops completely after 10mins. Try re-connecting but it says "no dial tone".
Have to either wait around 10mins then try again, or reboot PC. It then reconnects and drops again after 10mins... and repeat.
Its only started happening this week, although the service has been getting worse & worse over the last few months. Im on their unlimited dialup package.
