Help- BT vision

Hello moneysavers, need some help sorting out BT
We signed upto tv, internet, phone package when we moved house and they have managed to set up internet and phone but not tv. It's 2 months later now and they just keep saying the digital tv fails to be activated due to 'technical errors'?! which they cannot explain as their engineers do not pass on that info.
We only signed up as we wanted the tv and sky sports but we're now tied to a phone/net contract for 12 months that they want to charge 134 quid to leave or we keep waiting to see if the tv works or pay for it from else where at a very high price. The complaints letter is on the way and they just call our bluff on the cancel phone calls

Usually someone can deal with your problem on there.
FWIW I would stick with BTVision, I think it is worth it. I have sky as well because they gave me a half price offer, but 90% of my viewing is through BTVision.0
