A quick search on here and google shows that e2save.com don't like to pick up the phone for a very long time (numbers are 08000496032 and 01509615993) and won't reveal any customer service email numbers.
I would write and send any complaints fax, "Signed For" or "registered delivery". Keep all receipts.
The reason for that is companies who you can't get through to on the phone rarely answer their emails and generally deny recieving letters in ordinary post. If you have proof of sending a letter you can threaten them with court action after 28 days of inaction, get out of your contract easier and have evidence to show to OFCom (you have to wait 12 weeks) .I'm not cynical I'm realistic
