You have to give 30 days notice to end a contract so if you speak to them on the 27th they will cancel it on the 27th of the following month.
Pac code is a code you need if you want to transfer your number to another network.:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -

ah thanks a lot, id seen this being talked about but didnt know what it was.
im not moving to another provider, ive still got another contract with them so im just ending this one, thanks x0 -
If you don't want your old number don't ask for the pac. If you don't use it your old contract will never end. Just tell them you want to cancel.0

You need to expand this point.
Are you taking out a new contract on t-mobile through a different supplier as opposed to an upgrade? If so, you will lose your original number when you cancel the old contract unless you take preventative action.
I am not sure if T-Mobile would allow you to take your old number onto a new contract or not. If not, then you will need to transfer your number to a different network via a PAC code and a PAYG sim and then reverse the process.
More information, please, about just what you have done in taking out this new contract.0 -
