Hi. Can you please tell me (in words of one sylable) how I turn off the stuff that comes up on the bottom of my posts. I know nothing about any of it!! Thanks.

Go to Quick Links (underneath your name, where it says Welcome xxxxx)
Click Edit Signature
Delete the text then click Save Signature

As the guys above have said, that is how you edit your signature. I've removed it for you for the time being though.
