Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

i reserved 2 for £2.50 yesterday - should have been ready for collection on sunday. got text at 7.15pm tonight saying available to collect, so shot down the road to local argos before they closed. usual thing of coming up at £5 something, luckily took email confirmation showing £2.50, so after a fiddle on the till by two staff got them for £2.50 - neighbours boys will be happy at christmas.

I was a bit worried that as they werent due to be ready for collextion that the glitch might have been fixed and i would have to pay the £5 something. I emailed customer services this afternoon with a very very brief general query (not mentioning what it was i was actually reserving) asking if a reservation which isnt available to collect immediatly would i have to pay store price on the day. ie. the higher price. now got home and had the following reply

    Dear Ms Hart,
    Subject: price
Thank you for your e-mail regarding the price you will pay when you collect your item.
I can confirm that if you take with you your email confirmation store will honour the price.
Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us at or call us on 0845 640 2020.
    Regards,
    Rebecca Walmsley

For your reference the above reply is in reference to your earlier email ARG5936216X:

Looks like as long as you have email confirmation they have to honor it. i can forward copy of the email to anyone if they want a copy incase they have to argue it instore.
