Changing plan with o2 advice please

I am on Pay and go with o2 and my Tariff is due to renew on 21st nov and i am on Simplicity Unlimited TEXT + 500MB WEB and i have changed that to the normal text and web and thats due to start also on the 21st nov but i would like to know should i top up with the £15 before the new tariff starts and wait till the 21st nov when it changes?

i just dont want to top up before to find out it does not count towards the new tariff.

    If you top up now it should count towards the new tariff, but if it doesn't you could just give customer services a call and they'd sort it out for you.

    Alternatively, you could wait until the 21st then top up once you know it's changed over.

    Don't wait until the anniversary date. If you do there will be a short period of time when you don't have an allowance.

    They take into account the total value of all your top-ups since your previous anniversary date. So you can top-up at any time.
