i want ot purchase a handheld tv with freeview (and also dvd functions if poss)
I have looked on amazon and they mostly have a make called august. the reviews are mixed but the main problme seems to be the tinny sound.
I shall be using this with earphones but i wonder if anyone has any personal knowledge of these handheld tv's. I don't mind the price (within reason) but want the best quality picture & sound possible with the most functions
can anyone help please

Here's an option for you depends on how mobile you want to be and whether you have a laptop or netbook. But when I work away the company puts me up in lodgings with no TV so I bought a Freeview USB Dongle some of the aerials that come with them are a bit ropey but I can plug into a wall aerial socket and get a great picture.
It's great can do office work, play games, browse the web via mobile broadband dongle and when bored watch TV.Whoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0
