ASA rules PayPal is safer than Credit Cards !

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has today ruled that using 'PayPal is safer than credit cards' !!! In particular, it is fine for PayPal to advertise 'PayPal is Safer'. Its probably safer for the buyer, rather than the seller considering a seller can lose protection if they dont send an item via tracked delivery, or may lose it if an item is not signed for and is worth £150 or more. The buyer has PayPal on their side, and failing that then they have the ombudsman to complain to
