Contract - getting new fone & 12 month extra contract
I've got an o2 contract which has 4 months left to run. I got this on a deal with dialaphone and £160 gets credited to my account in month 12. Previously Singlepoint have credited back my bank a/c with any remaining money but I don't know what o2 do???
If they don't do this could I ring them up and ask for a new 12 month contract & new phone now, without jeapordising my £160 from dialaphone??
(I've read the threads where other people have rung up and been given a new fone before their 12 months is up)

you can ring up but your new contract and phone won't be with you until month 12 - you won't normally get an upgrade unless you've been there a minimum of 12 months2p off is still 2p off!0

I don't know dialaphone myself, but I think I've seen that some of their deals involve crediting your phone account, not your bank (in other words months 13+ line rental); so have a good look at your paperwork0
