As for the software, it's an American Website so probably only works on wii's sold in the USA, if it works at all.

Also step by step guides on youtube explaining howto do these downgrades and soft modding, Just need a few files
FREELY available on the various wii websites.

I bet James Dean is a madeup name and does not exist, Never been heard of in the wii hackers circles, Been scanning
all the websites. A google search did find theis though.
