Can't decide between an iPod touch or iPhone?

I've £250 to spend, that will buy me either a second hand 16gb iPhone or a new 32GB iPod Touch. I don't make a lot of calls but then I like the idea of sat nat and being able to use twitter etc when out and about and not being reliant on WiFi, but the the phone would be second hand and could die at any moment where as I'll…

but the original poster was after sat nav which is turn by turn

either way i would just get a seperate device for sat nav

think i misledthe topic it by changing the name to 'GPS' from 'sat-nav'

cleary i have got GPS but didnt know but its not that exciting might be on the iphone 4 or 3gs but i have no idea
