How much is this house worth?

Hi, we are looking to buy a house and we quite like one - but it is not affordable to us unless the seller is willing to sell it much cheaper.
It is a 3-bed terraced, quite nice but of average size. It is on at 375K. I am puzzled as to whether it is priced failry. On one hand there are similar houses around, closer to town centre, of the same size, but semi-detached at that, that are on market at 330-345K (sold even cheaper probably).
On the other hand, there are 2-bed houses, smaller in size, in the same area, for 350K.
That's private houses we are talking here - because there are some ex-council houses, which are larger and done-up like show-houses and that sell at 290K (seen a few).
I know there are many knowledgeable people that can evaluate property on this site - is this house priced fairly? Or how much is it realistically worth? It is not a house we can grow into (not too big and no potential for extension due to it being terraced) and we will probably have to move in a few years' time and need to think about the resale price.
The area is quite desirable but then it is the same area where the cheaper houses (mentioned above) are located as well.
Here is the link.

Offer what you can and see what happens!0

I think it's the area that booms this price up. I live in Manchester and I'd expect to see this for around £100,000. I can't see the exact same house in London being triple what it would be in Manchester. That is outreagous!0

It's not London. It's 15 min by bus plus 40 min by train to London.
Outrageous it is!0 -
The house about 4 doors up is on at £399,950 also with Foxtons:

It is smaller than that one though so I guess why its been valued 25K less.
It is, however, worth what someone will pay for it so this is impossible to fathom and put a price on without knowledge of the lcoal area and previous sales etc.
There is also a 3 bed on at £265,000 with GPees though.
I'm always surprised how expensive Guildford is though so I'm not surprised about the price at all.0 -
Guildford is prime commuter-land is it not? Lots of London types wanting to live outside the M25?0

Have you checked what 3 bed average sized "private" terraced houses in the area have actually sold for in 2009 and 2010?0

Looking at the drum kit in the bedroom, bet the neighbours cant wait for them to move:rotfl:0

Altho it has obviously been rehabilitated, it looks very very like an ex council house to me. U see this style of house on Council estates. It might be worth if someone can look it up on Bee and what it was previously sold for etc.0
