Hey guys
Can I quickly do a poll on the mortgage rates we all have?
The reason I am asking if that my current deal is coming to the end and my lender is offering 2 year fixed term at 3.49% on 52% LTV. I thought it was a bit too high, but having done a research it looks like it really isnt too bad - the cheapest I could find on similar terms is HSBC of 2.99%. Now because we have our mortgage over 22 years there isnt much difference in monthly repayments (we cant reduce rates coz simply cant afford).
So, I am wondering what deals have you guys got?

Was paying 4.5% until I paid my mortgage off earlier in the year. Was on 8% when I started my mortgage, 14 years ago and have paid between 3 and 7% since then.0
