BoE BR +0.99% lifetime tracker with HSBC. Remortgaged just as the credit crunch was kicking off (Nov 2008) so pleased I got what has turned out to be a decent tracker rate - I got lucky.0

3.99% fixed for 5 yrs (starting this month):D with brittania building society. Had to beg them to extend the reservation for me as we reserved this 4 months ago, but my fluttering of the eye lashes must have worked :beer:0

5.29% fixed for another three years - was a five-year fix originally.
Taken out just before the base rate nosedived. Sort of wish we'd taken a tracker, but there were (and still are) good reasons for us to fix for a longish period - had a baby on the way, now on reduced income so remortgaging might be tricky etc.0
