Hi, i registered a complaint 2 months ago.to cut a long story short i have been passed from pillar to post and still dont know whats happening
Does anyone have an email address that i can email for someone to take ownership of my compkaint

Ensure you follow Bank of Scotland's official complaints procedure. After 8 weeks* you can escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
*They may issue you with a letter of "Deadlock" or "Final Response" earlier, at which point you can also escalate the matter to the FOS if you're still not happy.Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I would never make a formal complaint by e-mail but only by post recorded delivery....0

That's all well and good, but have you made a formal complaint?
As stephane quite rightly suggests, a letter, sent recorded delivery to their complaints department is your best option. Following official channels is required before escalating the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
What is the issue? Perhaps someone on here can provide some insight or give you an indication as to whether the matter is worth pursuing.Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong.
